Humanity is truly undergoing a strong transformation at this start of 2020.
More and more hearts are opening and egos are softening.
Uplevels are happening in a massive way through a softening and a gentling of deep authentic expressions, heart to heart, truth to truth, frequency to frequency.
If some part of your reality feels as though you are coming apart at the seams, feeling constant emotional shifts from deep sadness and grief to new highs of optimism, deep love, greater compassion and even joy, or even if you are experiencing deep transformation as extreme as some form of death or ending in your life or the life of someone you love most, please know that your transformation is underway, and the Ascension process is supporting you on your journey, even if it might not seem that way in the moment.
We wish it would all be easy and effortless, and indeed, sometimes it is; but not right now.
This part of the passage is, for at least a brief moment, is more challenging than others.
Be with it ALL. Accept it ALL. Allow it ALL. Honor it ALL. Do your best to honor your unique experience as Source.
These early energies of 2020 are vibrant energies designed to shift and uplevel the core frequencies of our physical reality, which means the shifts are dense, heavy, and deeply physical so as to ultimately reveal the higher truths of what had been lying dormant so that the higher realities will over ride the lower realities and new paradigm will become more and more norm.
In other words, This earliest phase of the 3rd Wave of Ascension is here to shift density out and uplevel the density into the light.
Big, huge, massive shifts are underway. Many are experiencing amplified emotions, deep subconscious aspects becoming more conscious, and intensified thoughts feelings and emotions. Empaths are also being truly challenged to shift from empathic to aligned.
As those in 3rd Density begin to self awaken and align with the new frequencies of consciousness, as their resistance to love and peace drops, grace will take over and the old inapplicable physical reality will be dismantled and The New Earth Realms will be more fully revealed.
This is a long, slow, passage with many upheavals, twists, turns and timeline choices. Miracles are more and more possible, each and every day.
