Refund Policy

I always deliver the highest and best service, consciousness and gifts I possibly can. I am committed to excellence. I always do our absolute highest and best. This I know about myself.

I am also committed to integrity and honoring the true Laws of The Universe, particularly as they relate to fair energy exchange.

My time, energy and lifetime of learning, knowledge, wisdom and personal commitment and dedication to my service and spiritual mission is valuable to me. It comes through and is delivered via every seminar, workshop and course I teach. It is transmitted via every private session I schedule and every group event I lead.

In addition, I don’t do business in the old 3D way. I do business based on an expanded consciousness which is rooted in the Universal Law of Fair Energy Exchange and honoring of agreements and commitments.

I honor my agreement and commitment to deliver my absolute highest and best service and content, 100% of the time.

You honor your agreement and commitment to pay in full the fair energy exchange rate which is pre-agreed upon.

For this reason, I don’t offer refunds.

As a result of my very conscious policy, you do not become indebted and create lack, limitation, poverty or financial enslavement in your life by energetically stealing by way of refunds and/or by dishonoring the pre-agreements associated with fair energy exchange and I do not become resentful of delivering my best to people who are not grateful and honoring of my time, energy and lifetime of learning, knowledge, wisdom and personal commitment and dedication to my service and spiritual mission.

In this way, everyone wins.

It is also important to mention that many of the services and programs I provide are membership based.

In the case of memberships, the following policy is in effect:

Memberships

Efilsgod, Inc offers my services for a in an annual membership for a fee. The membership fee is for the length of time of the membership program. When you purchase a membership program, you agree that you will be charged the applicable fee at the beginning of your membership period. If you choose a multi payment method, you agree that you will be charged and on each renewal date thereafter until the full payment for the membership is completed.

You are committed and obligated for the full membership payment, even if you are paying over time (in multiple payments).  Your payments will complete when the membership is paid for in full.

You will have an option to renew the membership ~ but it will not renew automatically.

Payment Method

Payments will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase at the payment page (after entering your payment method details). You authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to automatically charge the applicable membership fees on each renewal date to the payment method that you provided until you cancel your subscription.

You authorize efilsgod, Inc. to supply your payment details to a third-party payment provider for processing your payments. Your credit/debit card provider may charge you currency conversion fees and other charges for processing your payments.

No Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your membership or your payments in the middle of the membership period you will not receive a refund of any portion of the membership fee paid. You are required for full payment of a membership, even if the payment is extending over a period of time.

In any case, we have a right to refuse providing you any kind of refund if you have violated any provisions of the Terms indicated herein.

Credit Requests

Efilsgod, Inc. is not required to provide credits for unused services or change of mind. However, in the interest of fair energy exchange, we always do our best to honor all parties involved in the best ways possible.

IF for any reason a credit is issued toward another program, there will be a $50 per admin hour processing fee for our administrative time and energy and so we can properly pay our administrative support team for handling such requests.

Credit Card Declines

Please also know that if for any reason your credit card or pay pal payment is declined due to insufficient funds or any other reason, we still get charged fees from those companies, equal to roughly 3% to 5%; we will pass those fees on to you in addition to any applicable admin fees, so that we can continue to stay in business and not suffer the penalties associated with declined payments, etc. This also further motivates and inspires you to stay in your integrity with your own money and budgeting.
